REFUND POLICY

SlashEasy Solutions LLP

Effective Date: 13 May 2026   |   Version 2.0

slasheasy.com/refund-policy

G701, Agrawal Apartment, 100 Main Road, Near Deer Circle, Satellite, Ahmedabad - 380015, Gujarat, India

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to SlashEasy's B2B project-based software development and SaaS delivery services. It should be read alongside Section 6 of the Terms of Service (slasheasy.com/terms-of-service), which governs in the event of any conflict. Future SlashEasy products will carry their own separate refund policies published prior to launch.

1. Scope — Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) engagements between SlashEasy Solutions LLP and registered business entities. SlashEasy does not provide services directly to individual consumers. If you are an individual using our services in a personal capacity, please contact us at jitendra.singh@slasheasy.com as additional rights may apply under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Each engagement is scoped, priced, and agreed in a mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW). Because our services involve significant professional effort — design, architecture, development, and testing — that begins the moment a milestone is initiated, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on the relevant milestone.

This policy applies to all SOWs and engagements entered into on or after 13 May 2026. Prior engagements are governed by the refund terms agreed at the time of signing.

2. Refund Eligibility by Milestone Stage

Your refund eligibility depends on the stage of the relevant milestone at the time of your request:

Milestone stageDescriptionRefund status
Delivered and acceptedMilestone formally accepted or deemed accepted under ToS Section 3.5No refund
Work commenced, not yet completeWork has begun but milestone not yet deliveredNo refund
Work not yet commencedNo resources allocated or preparatory work startedPossible refund

Where work has not yet commenced, a refund may be issued at SlashEasy's discretion, exercised reasonably and in good faith, after deducting documented administrative or preparatory costs already incurred. Such deductions shall not exceed 15% of the relevant milestone fee. A written breakdown of deductions will be provided upon request.

Where approved, refunds will be processed within 15 working days of written confirmation of approval, via the original payment method where technically possible. Where the original payment method is unavailable (e.g. where the payment gateway refund window has expired), SlashEasy will arrange an alternative transfer method and notify the Client accordingly.

3. Specific Circumstances

•        Early termination by the Client: Fees for all delivered and in-progress milestones remain due and non-refundable. The Client will receive all work completed to the termination date in its current state, in reasonably usable formats, within 14 working days of termination. SlashEasy makes no warranty as to the completeness or fitness for purpose of partial Deliverables.

•        Deemed acceptance: A Deliverable not formally accepted or rejected within 7 business days of written delivery notice to the Client's designated SOW contact is deemed accepted under the Terms of Service. Payments triggered by deemed acceptance are non-refundable.

•        Dissatisfaction with conforming Deliverables: No refund is available where Deliverables meet the agreed specifications in the SOW, regardless of subjective dissatisfaction or subsequent change in requirements.

•        SlashEasy's material breach: If SlashEasy fails to deliver a Deliverable materially conforming to the agreed SOW specifications, the Client's remedies are as described in Section 12 (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits the Client's right to seek damages for SlashEasy's material breach in accordance with applicable Indian law.

•        Force Majeure: Fees for work completed up to a Force Majeure termination are non-refundable. Each party bears its own costs incurred during the Force Majeure period.

4. Service Availability — No Refund for Downtime

SlashEasy targets 99% monthly platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events does not entitle the Client to a refund. Specific SLA remedies and service credits may be agreed separately in the applicable SOW, which shall govern in the event of any conflict with this clause.

5. Taxes — GST and TDS

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST and TDS are applied in accordance with Indian tax law.

GST Credit Note: Where a refund is approved, SlashEasy will issue a credit note under Section 34 of the CGST Act 2017. The Client is responsible for reversing any input tax credit (ITC) claimed in connection with the refunded amount, in accordance with applicable GST law.

Where TDS has been deducted and deposited by the Client, the refundable amount (where approved) will be calculated on the net amount received by SlashEasy after TDS deduction. The Client may claim TDS credit independently via their income tax filings. Tax amounts already remitted to the government are not refundable by SlashEasy.

6. Future SlashEasy Products

This policy covers SlashEasy's project-based development and SaaS delivery services only. SlashEasy may launch independent software products in the future. Each such product will be governed by its own dedicated refund policy, published on the product's website prior to launch. The terms of those policies may differ materially from this policy.

SlashEasy will endeavour to maintain a list of current products at slasheasy.com. Absence from this directory does not affect the validity of a product's own refund policy.

7. How to Request a Refund Exception

Refund exceptions are rare and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All decisions are made in good faith and communicated in writing with reasons. This does not affect any legal remedies available to the Client under applicable Indian law.

To request an exception, please submit a written request to jitendra.singh@slasheasy.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [SOW Reference Number], including:

•        Your company name and the relevant SOW reference number.

•        The milestone(s) or payment(s) for which a refund is sought.

•        The reason for your request, with any supporting documentation.

SlashEasy will acknowledge your request within 3 working days and provide a substantive written response within 10 working days. If you do not receive a response within this period, please follow up at the same contact address. Silence on SlashEasy's part does not constitute approval of a refund request.

8. Updates to This Policy

SlashEasy may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time your SOW was signed governs your engagement. Updated versions will be published at slasheasy.com/refund-policy with a revised version number and effective date. Material changes will be notified to active clients via email at least 15 days before taking effect.
